A Wellthrive concept ยท in development
What if your home could tell you whether the fix held?
The remediation is done. Someone signed off. After that, nobody comes back to check whether the conditions that let mold grow have stayed where they should. Here is an idea we're working on, and one question about it.
This is a concept, not a product. The device described here is in development and does not exist yet. Nothing is for sale.

The question
Would this have helped you?
We're testing whether this idea is worth building, and the only people who can tell us are people who've been through remediation. A yes, a no, or a not sure all help us equally.
We ask about your house, not about your health. Please keep your answers to the property rather than anyone's medical details.
The concept
How it would work
What it is
Wellthrive is developing an edge-computing device that is installed in the home. It is designed to measure humidity, dew point and moisture continuously, and to make decisions on the device itself rather than just report numbers.
What you would see
How those conditions trend over weeks, not a single reading from one day. The goal is a record you can look back on, and share with your remediation company if you ever need to.
When you would hear from it
If humidity and dew point start drifting back toward the kind of pattern that favors mold growth, you would be told, so the question gets asked while the problem is still small.
What it could do on its own
Act on what it measures, for example by switching the HVAC to recirculation, or closing a water valve if water shows up where it should not be.
What it would not do
It would not detect mold itself. It reads the conditions that come before mold growth, not the mold. It is not a medical device and makes no health claims.
This describes a device in development. Features may change before anything ships, and some may not make it.
Your answers stay with us.
We don't sell your data. If you give us your email, we'll use it to arrange a conversation, and to send occasional updates only if you tick the box asking for them. Wellthrive is an environmental quality platform. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, mitigate, or prevent any disease. If you'd rather just talk, contact us.
If you've been through remediation, your answer tells us whether this is worth building. Thank you for taking a moment.
