Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 28, 2026

1. Information We Collect

You provide information directly when you submit our forms. The Contact Inquiry form collects: name, email, inquiry type (Family, Founder Circle, Investor, Builder, Partner, Media, or Other), optional company or role, and your message. The Founder Circle Application form collects: full name, email, optional phone, location, current home situation, motivational profile, wellness priorities, comfort with the design-partner role, optional accredited investor status, how you heard about Wellthrive, optional referral source, and any additional notes. The form also requires consent to be contacted by Wellthrive. The newsletter signup forms collect only your email address. If you contact us directly via email or schedule a call via Cal.com, we receive whatever information you choose to share.

When you visit wellthrive.com, our website host Webflow provides first-party analytics about visitor traffic, including pages viewed, approximate geographic region, device type, browser, and referring source. Webflow Analytics does not use third-party cookies and does not share data with advertising networks. Webflow's servers also log standard request information such as IP address, user-agent, and timestamp for security and operational purposes.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, social media tracking pixels, or third-party analytics services on wellthrive.com. We do not currently sell products through the site and do not collect payment information at this time.

2. How We Use Your Information

When you contact us or submit any form, we use your information to respond, follow up, and continue the conversation. Founder Circle applicants are reviewed by Seth Asare personally to assess fit with the program; we may contact you to discuss your application, schedule a discovery call, or invite you to reserve a numbered slot.

If you subscribe to Wellthrive Insights, we use your email to send periodic founder-voice essays and updates about our work. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We also use aggregated, anonymized analytics to understand which content is useful and improve the website over time.

We may use or disclose information when required by applicable law, court order, or government request. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, sell products to you, or share with marketing partners.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes — ever. We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate Wellthrive: Webflow (our website host and forms infrastructure, which receives all form submissions and site analytics), Substack (our newsletter platform, which receives email addresses for subscribers who opt in to Wellthrive Insights), Cal.com (our scheduling tool, which receives scheduling information if you book a call), and Google Workspace (our email infrastructure for support@wellthrive.com correspondence). Each provider has its own privacy practices and receives only the minimum information needed.

We may disclose information when required by law, in response to a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wellthrive, our users, or others.

If Wellthrive is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you and provide choices before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include hosting on Webflow's enterprise infrastructure (which encrypts data in transit and at rest), storing form submissions in Webflow's secure Forms backend, limiting access to personnel who need it, and using strong authentication for administrative access. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information, request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements), opt out of communications at any time, and withdraw consent for processing based on consent.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the right to delete, the right to opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell information), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of certain personal information under Senate Bill 220 — Wellthrive does not sell personal information as defined by Nevada law. Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights under their respective laws.

To exercise any privacy right, email support@wellthrive.com with your request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 30 to 45 days). We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.

6. Children's Privacy

Wellthrive's website and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@wellthrive.com and we will delete the information. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable state laws regarding the privacy of minors.

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the services we offer, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a notice on the website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of wellthrive.com after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

8. Contact Us

If you have questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices, please contact us at support@wellthrive.com. We aim to respond to privacy inquiries within 5 business days.
